AAD+C Newsletter: September 22, 2015Hi again, Subscriber! Well, it looks like some gremlins crept into my last version of this mailout. I’ve squashed the bugs – I think – so here’s a glitch-free version (and apologies for the re-send). If anything is still amiss, please let me know. Thanks! Mac Tip: The “Remove Attachments” ButtonI’ve posted a new article in my site’s “Mac Tips” section about a little button in Apple Mail that had escaped my notice — until now. If you like to keep your emails clean, uncluttered and easy for your recipient to read, I think you’ll be making use of it. I sure have been! Here’s my article explaining this handy little icon. Chevron follows my advice!I blogged a while back about the Chevron gas-pump screens that broke some basic rules about legibility. I’m happy to report that the problem has been addressed with updated screen layouts that are correctly spaced. OK, maybe they didn’t directly respond to my blog post, but clearly my critique had merit. I call that vindication! Click here for a visual of what changed. That’s it for this time. I welcome any feedback on what you liked in the newsletter or any suggestions for improvement. And of course, feel free to forward this email to a friend (or anyone you think may find it interesting) with the button below. Thanks and all the best! Adam Abrams |
