As the Lassen Camp Out approches I came upon this alarming article. The benefits of fresh air and nature are generally agreed upon but the benefits of stimulants and anti-depressants are controversial in our family. I would feel guilty if I did not pass this information on. Please take a minute to read this article.

Below is one of the most colorful snakes in the lassen area. In all my adventures in the wild I have yet to see this beautiful serpent.
