The International Standards of SpaExcellenceSM Seminar

Day 1: Develop an understanding of SpaExcellenceSM Standards – Spa Management and Spa Guest Experience.

Day 2: Develop an understanding of SpaExcellenceSM Standards – Spa Operations and Spa Improvement, with practical steps to Effectiveness and Certification.

Both days are interspersed with practical workshops and team interaction.
