Well, Christine and I have finally made the leap into home ownership and bought ourselves a condo in the Fairview district But now that we've confirmed the sale, there's still much to do and paperwork to finalize - for which we require professional legal services (My idea to just read "Real Estate Law for Dummies" was voted down firmly )

We can get recommendations from our real estate agent or our mortgage broker, but I thought I should first check with my friends Nothing like a personal recommendation

So if anyone knows a lawyer who specializes in real estate transactions who they can confidently recommend, please let me know!
