City Opera Vancouver music advisor Sir Charles Mackerras won a Grammy in Los Angeles last night. His recording of Humperdinck�s �Hansel and Gretel� gained the award in �Best Opera Recording�. We phoned him this morning to offer our congratulations. He�s a truly remarkable artist.
