Chanukah on Ice!
Members of Vancouver's Jewish community gathered at the West End Community Centre's ice rink for a "Chanukah on Ice" celebration, with skating, Chanukah songs on the PA system, and the lighting of a gigantic ice Menorah. The sight of religious Jewish men in black fedoras - on skates - was priceless. There were also lots of cute kids!
