Check out this site where some folks at Stanford University have figured out how to take a single photo and turn it into a 3-D version. You can submit your own pictures for the 3-D treatment! I sent them the one above – view the final product. The only downside is that, it being a student project with only one computer doing the processing, the wait for your finished image is several days. (It took about four for mine to be completed.)
