After months of writing, refining, and rehearsing, tonight we finally go in front of a real live audience with our original sketch comedy show, “Giggles and Gags”! I hope you can be there too for one of our three nights only at the PAL Theatre.
It’s a series of zany sketches that parody everything from pretentious fashion designers, to aging rock stars, to Wild West gunslingers. Chris Hall has been bringing us to tears of laughter every time with his loose-cannon character in “Upstaging Eugene”.
But there’s more! Before the show, you’ll be serenaded by our outstanding band, featuring Carol-Anne Doucet, Dionne Phillips, and Yvonne Connors on vocals – they’re not only skilled comediennes but outstanding singers too! Click below for a bit of their smooth soulful harmonies, as heard at Tuesday’s tech rehearsal.
We’ll also have a couple of typically witty songs from local duo Chili and Sage, plus comedy and magic from funnyman Jeff Christensen.
Best of all, proceeds from the show will go to two outstanding causes Aunt Leah’s Place and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. So it’s comedy for a cause!
So don’t wait, or you’ll be too late! Book your ticket now online at Brown Paper Tickets and come see “Giggles and Gags”!
