I’m delighted to announce that I have been cast in the upcoming production of “It’s a Bird, It’s a Plane, It’s Superman!” I will be playing Clark Kent’s boss at the Daily Planet.. the irascible Perry White! The show is being presented by APPLAUSE! Musicals, which produces rare, shelved or little-known shows. “Superman” closed after a mere four months on Broadway, Although it had a short run on Broadway in 1966, it’s been previously revised in “in-concert” productions in LA and New York this year. “It’s a Bird, It’s a Plane….” looks to be a “super” night of fun! Production dates are November 14, 15 and 16th at the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts in Burnaby. I hope you can make it out to see the show! For this show, I’m going to attempt something I’ve not done before – an online diary of what it’s like to be involved in an APPLAUSE! Musical.
